Free delivery is included on all sofas within 30 miles of our Laurelvale showroom.

For addresses outside this area, a delivery surcharge may apply depending on distance. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the cost clearly.

All sofas are delivered to the room of your choice and assembled as part of the service where required.

Warranty & Returns

All of our brand new sofas come with the manufacturer’s warranty, covering faults or defects in materials and workmanship where applicable.

We also inspect every sofa before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your sofa arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. This may include repair, replacement parts, or liaising directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
