Free Sofa Delivery

We offer free delivery on all sofas (including brand new, ex-display and pre-owned) within 30 miles of Portadown.

This applies to:

  • Brand new sofas

  • Ex-display sofas

  • Pre-owned sofas

For addresses outside this radius, a delivery surcharge will apply depending on distance. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm any additional charge clearly in advance.

We offer our delivery and installation service throughout the whole of Northern Ireland.


What’s Included

All sofa deliveries include:

  • Delivery to your property

  • Placement in the room of choice (where access allows)

  • Assembly where required

  • Removal of one old sofa (if agreed at point of sale)


Delivery Times

Ex-Display & Pre-Owned Sofas

These are available for prompt delivery and can usually be arranged shortly after purchase.

Brand New Sofas

Typically delivered within up to 2 weeks, subject to stock availability.

Following purchase, our team will contact you directly to confirm a delivery date.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday.


Collection

Customers are welcome to collect from our showroom by appointment.

Collection arrangements will be confirmed once your order is ready.


Other Furniture

Free delivery currently applies to sofas only.

As our catalogue expands to include bedroom, living room and additional furniture ranges, delivery terms may differ depending on item size and type. Any applicable delivery charges will always be confirmed prior to purchase.


Important Access Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for delivery.

Please check:

  • Doorway widths

  • Hallways and stair access

  • Lift dimensions (if applicable)

  • Clear access routes

If you have any access restrictions, stair limitations or specific requirements, please inform us when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.


Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one present at the agreed time

  • Access restrictions not disclosed in advance

  • Insufficient space for safe delivery

  • Refusal of delivery upon arrival

A re-delivery charge may apply.

This charge reflects the cost of transport and staffing required to reschedule the delivery.

We strongly advise customers to ensure someone is present and that access has been checked prior to the arranged delivery date.
