Condition Guide

All of our ex-display and pre-owned sofas are professionally cleaned and thoroughly inspected before being offered for sale.

Because these sofas are not brand new, some may show small signs of use. To make things clear and transparent, we use the following condition guide.

Used – Like New

These sofas are in excellent condition with little to no visible wear.

They may be showroom display pieces or lightly used sofas that have been professionally cleaned and carefully inspected. In most cases they are very close to brand new condition.

Used – Very Good

These sofas are in very good overall condition and may show minor signs of use, such as light creasing, small marks, or very minor cosmetic wear.

These imperfections are typically subtle and do not affect comfort or appearance in normal use.

Used – Good

These sofas show normal signs of use, which may include visible wear, small marks, light scuffs, or minor cosmetic imperfections.

They remain fully functional, comfortable, and structurally sound, and represent excellent value.

Used – Fair

These sofas show clear signs of use, such as noticeable marks, scuffs, or cosmetic wear.

They are still structurally sound and comfortable, but may have visible imperfections that are reflected in the price.
